The customer has chosen Hortimat for the delivery of a complete machine park for processing of flowers. On behalf of the client, we delivered six renewed Bercomex flower processing lines, which are completely adapted to the customer needs. Hortimat also supplied all the new machines! The Bercomex flower processing line is fully “Hortimat customized”, like:
• Additional integrated de-leafing unit
• Extended inlay part
• Sleeving part extended
• New driven length indicator
• Machines equipped with new and more powerful motors
• New conveyor belts
• All processing lines are equipped with new waste discharge belts
In addition to the flower processing lines, Hortimat also supplied the rest of the machine park, including new machines, like:
• Bucket filling machines
• Strapping machines
• Boxes taping machines
• Stainless steel bunching tables
• Flower waste water containers
• Various bucket conveyors
• Roller conveyors
• Etc ..
Hortimat has delivered and installed everything on site. All is planned with the customer in close consultation, so that production continues and run’s smoothly!
